Volunteers Remain on Standby to Tear Down Bentleyville

DULUTH - Bentleyville Tour of Lights continued to wait Thursday to call volunteers to help tear down Christmas decorations in Bayfront Park.

A lot of the displays are still stuck in snow and ice.
