Scannell Makes First Court Appearance in Duluth

DULUTH - Thursday, Cook County Atty. Tim Scannall made an appearance in St. Louis County Court.
Scannell is accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in 2012.
The trial was moved to St. Louis County because of a conflict of interest in Cook County.
Between now and April 11, Judge Shawn Floerke will read the witness statements and decide how to move forward.
No trial date has been set.
