INGREDIENTS
1 lb Italian sausage
½ c brown sugar
½ c bourbon
½ c ketchup
2 Tbsp. Horseradish
1 Tbsp. worcheshire
1 lemon Brown sausage.
Add other ingredients. Heat through. Fennel slaw I fennel bulb 1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced 2 scallions Golden raisins Toss slaw ingredients with; ¼ cup mayo 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar 1 tsp sugar Salt and pepper Brussel sprouts Separate leaves Toss with olive oil , salt and sugar Roast @ 400 til crispy and browned.
Homemade Hot Wings
40 oz bottle of vegetable oil
3 lb (20 - 25 count) bag of uncooked chicken wings and dummies
12 oz bottle of normal Franks Red Hot
1 Stick of Salted Butter
2 Tbs. of Distilled white vinegar
Heat the oil to 400 degrees. If you don’t have a fryer you can use a pan on the stove, turn to medium heat. Drop the raw chicken wings in the oil and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Sauce- Heat Franks red hot in a pan and melt butter and add the vinegar. Mix in the wings!
