Trial Set for Fmr. Security Jewelers Employee Charged with Theft

DULUTH - A trial is now set for a former Security Jewelers employee accused of stealing and selling items from the downtown Duluth store.
Twenty-nine year old Ashley Wiskow of Duluth is charged with felony theft.
The criminal complaint states she made 278 jewelry transactions through Gold Guys and Pawn America worth nearly $800,000.
The complaint also says Wiskow admitted to stealing from the store because she wasn't making enough money and needed to live.
The store recovered $60,000 worth of stolen items.
Her trial is set for May 27th.
