SUPERIOR - A Superior woman has pleaded guilty to her role in an arson.
The trial for 30 year old Amy Pionk was supposed to start Thursday but instead she pleaded guilty to arson of a building without the owner's consent.
Pionk and 26–year–old Michael Thompson admitted to using beer bottles filled with gasoline to start the fire.
A custody battle was the primary motive behind the crime that happened in Superior.
Thompson pleaded guilty to his part in the crime and was sentenced to six years in prison.
He is eligible for parole after serving half of his sentence.
Pionk will get her sentence in March.
