Obamacare premiums are going up next year, but you can find a cheaper one if you shop around. Premiums for the most popular plans are slated to rise an average of about 5.2 percent. But many more insurers are offering plans for 2015.That means there is a wider selection and likely cheaper offers to choose from. You have until Dec. 15 to decide otherwise you'll be automatically re-enrolled in your old plan.---------------------------------------------------------------------------It appears cases of eczema may be on the rise.A Centers for Disease Control and Prevention survey finds a growing number of children are being diagnosed with the allergic skin condition.Cases in kids rose from nine to 17 percent over the last decade.Researchers don't know why this is happening, but they think greater awareness and higher rates of diagnosis are likely a part of it.----------------------------------------------------------------------------Carbs may be worse for you than saturated fats.Researchers at Ohio State studied 16 adults who had at least three of five factors that increase heart disease and diabetes risk.Scientists say doubling or even nearly tripling saturated fat in their diets did not drive up those levels in their blood. But increasing carb levels drove up fatty acid in their blood which is linked to a higher risk for diabetes and heart disease.
