Holiday CD Benefits Bluebird Foundation

DULUTH, Minn. - The sounds of the season are officially here.The CD release party for A Christmas by the Lake – Volume VIII was held at the Greysolon Plaza Ballroom Thursday.The disc features 26 holiday songs from local musicians.All proceeds will benefit the Bluebird Foundation which supports local kids in the arts."With how long I've been in the area and using my passion to get people to support these kids, that's all that matters to me. It's not about anything other than that," said Tracy Lundeen, president of the Bluebird Foundation.You can pick up the CDs for $12 at area Super One Foods, Pam's Hallmark in the Miller Hill Mall and online.
