HIBBING - Hibbing police say two men robbed a man at gunpoint while he was walking late at night.It happened around 2 a.m. Sunday on the 2400 block of 4th Avenue East.Kelvin Basham, 22, and Richard Whitlock, 23, both of Hibbing, are charged with the crime.A third suspect was on the loose Tuesday night.
