Superior Votes to Restrict Panhandling

SUPERIOR - Superior city councilors voted to make panhandling illegal in certain parts in the city Tuesday.
The new ordinance keeps panhandlers off the streets and away from businesses.
Police say they're seeing a pattern of people asking for money then turning around to spend it at nearby liquor stores.
The hope is to stop the trend.
