Superior Homeowners Charged New Recycling Fee

SUPERIOR - Tuesday evening Superior councilors decided to start charging residents a $3.50 recycling fee.
It would generate $422,000 a year.
Finance officials say with state cuts and levy restrictions Superior can no longer afford to provide free recycling services.
The fee will be implemented next month.
