Superior Council Searches for More Potential Dog Park Locations

SUPERIOR - The Superior City Council has decided to hold off on the decision to allow a dog park in the Billings Park neighborhood.

Tuesday Superior councilors were supposed to vote on the park, but decided to send it back to the parks and recreation board to explore other locations for the park.

The Superior Jaycees is funding 75 percent of the project with the other 25 percent coming from community fundraising.

They Jaycees hope to begin construction on the park spring 2015.
