DULUTH - The Chaperone Records Block Rock and B–day Bash kicked off on the 200 block of East First Street. More than 10 artists from the region as well as from the locally owned Chaperone Records played rock, Americana and folk music.
"It is basically to show a little bit of our gratitude for the support that the community has shown us over the past 2 years,” Chaperone Records Owner Bob Monahan said. “Just in buying our records and coming out to our events."
Proceeds from the event will go to Chum.
