New Bistro Attracts Hundreds to Downtown Cloquet

CLOQUET - If you're looking for a new lunch spot you might want to check out a new bistro on Cloquet Avenue.
Bent Spoon Bistro in Cloquet quietly opened in May, and now you can barely find a place to sit!
They consider themselves farm to table cuisine, and serve only the freshest ingredients.
They specialize in omelettes and sandwiches stuffed with fresh meat and veggies.
"We have some vegetarian options, and we have some lighter options that aren't really available at the other places,” said owner Robert Richards. “It's something a little different, something exciting to the town."
Another bonus is active military, veterans, local police and firefighters will all get 10 percent off for serving the community.
The owner hopes his new business will bring other businesses to downtown Cloquet.
