Iron Range Man Sentenced for Gas Station Robbery

CHISHOLM - An Iron Range man will be serving one year in the St. Louis County jail or North East Regional Corrections Center for robbing the Chisholm Freedom Station at knife point.
Nineteen year old Alexander Horner pleaded guilty to one count of first degree aggravated robbery and a charge of fifth degree possession of oxycodone for the April incident.
He'll also have to serve three years of probation.
If he fails to complete the probation successfully he will have to serve a 48 year sentence.
He's credited with serving 76 days.
