Orr Woman Sentenced for Making Terroristic Threats

ORR - An Orr woman has her sentence for threatening two family members with a knife.
Twenty–eight year old Melanie Porter will have to serve three years of probation and served 89 days in the county jail for making terroristic threats.

Other charges of second degree assault and first degree arson were dismissed.

In February of 2013 police say family members extinguished a fire Porter had started and had to restrain her until officers arrived.
