DULUTH - A two day event is bringing hundreds of health care providers from all over Minnesota together under one roof. The 16th annual Minnesota Rural Health Conference hosted healthcare providers, educators, policy makers and more at the DECC.
Weaving the threads of Rural Health is the theme of this year’s conference.
It is all about exploring partnerships, resources and new strategies.
"We find rural communities are stronger at collaborating because they wear many hats,” National Rural Health Resource Center CEO Sally Buck said. “They have fewer resources, experts in their direct area to work with.
The event included more than 80 vendors and 30 breakout sessions and key speakers.
