DULUTH - A 51 year old Duluth man is now charged with robbing a bank at knife point.
Scott Wagner is facing one count of first degree aggravated robbery for the incident at the US Bank on 2000 West Superior Street.
On Friday morning police say Wagner entered the bank, reached over the counter and held a knife at the teller's throat while demanding money.
He then fled on foot and was caught a short time later.
Wagner's bail is set at $100,000 and he'll be back in court again in July.
