Campers Brave the Elements After Heavy Rainfall

DULUTH - Flooding was a big concern for some Northlanders Monday after a weekend full of heavy rain.
People saw the most rain up on the Iron Range where some spots saw half a foot.
We headed to Fond du Lac Campground and talked with some campers to see how they braved the elements this weekend.
Kelly Larson and his family have been camping since Friday and said even though he wishes it would've been a sunny weekend, they know how to brave the Duluth weather.
"The rain and cold doesn't really affect us cause we know we're coming up to Duluth and that's what it's all about, right? A little cold weather," said Larson.
He also told us the rainwater helped with their fishing.
"The rainwater came down, brought the water temp up to like 67.2 degrees and walleyes were hitting pretty good," Larson added.
Larson told us the river has come up two feet since they got to their campsite, but they have the right equipment to take on the rain.
