Duluth Gathering Honors Officers Who Died in the Line of Duty

DULUTH - More than 100 people got together in Duluth Thursday morning to join others across the country in honoring law enforcement who have died in the line of duty.

Representatives from across the Northland got together for the annual memorial prayer breakfast, which is now in its 25th year.

Last year in the U.S., 105 officers died while serving and so far this year nearly 40 officers have passed away.

The annual prayer breakfast is held in conjunction with National Law Enforcement Memorial Week.
