Police: Burglary Suspect Was In Prison 10 Days Ago

DULUTH - A Duluth felon who was just released from prison ten days ago is back in trouble with the law.
James Berry, 30, is charged with first-degree burglary.
Police say he busted into a home Wednesday on the 300-block of W 5th Street while a woman was inside.
Police arrested him minutes later.
Nobody was hurt.
