Community Supported Agriculture Visits Clyde Iron Works

Duluth- Area farms hosted their spring community supported agriculture meet-and-greet at Clyde Iron Works today.

People could talk to the local farmers about the program and sign up.

The program helps farmers by providing funding and in return, they delivery portions of their crop to you.

Farmer, Janaki Fischer-Merritt said, "They get it delivered really soon after it's harvested and get to benefit from all the wonderful things that happen in agriculture while at the same time helping farmers out."

About ten different farms show cased their produce and educated guests about the different kinds of vegetables they could sign up for.
