Homeless Man Breaks Windows at St. Louis Co. Courthouse

DULUTH - An investigation is under way after windows have been busted out at the St. Louis County Federal Building in Duluth.
The incident happened Friday morning at 6:00 a.m.
Duluth Police said a man was seen breaking through the glass with his cane and pulling a plaque off a statue before taking papers from a display case.
Police say the man is homeless and has mental health issues.
He's being held for 72 hours at Essentia Health's St. Mary’s Medical Center.
No word on charges.
Damages are estimated at $4,000.
