DULUTH - One of two men accused of shooting a Duluth cell phone store owner and trying to rob him has pleaded guilty.
Monday, 30 year old Brandon Tyson of Duluth made the plea to a second degree attempted murder charge.
A charge of first degree aggravated robbery was dropped as part of his plea agreement.
The shooting happened just before Christmas last year at ILF Smart Phone Clinic.
That's where police say Tyson and his friend 32–year–old Robert Neft demanded money, got in a struggle with the business owner and ended up shooting him before taking off.
Neft pleaded guilty last week.
Both will be sentenced on April 14th.
