Duluth Police Officers Team with Target to Spread Holiday Cheer

DULUTH - Duluth Police Officers and Target brought a little holiday cheer to families this morning.
As part of the 5th Annual Operation Blue Santa Duluth Police and Target created "Heroes & Helpers."
The event helps children purchase christmas gifts for their families.
Target donated $2,500 and duluth police matched it for the gifts.
Police officers were on hand to help the kids pick out their gifts.
"It's just been a lot of fun and the police officers have been great and introducing themselves and they're ready to go too, hit the floor running," said Target assistant manager Hailey Eibler.
Any additional money raised is going to the Salvation Army Toylond Express.
