Canal Park Brewery Pairs with Local Farm

DULUTH- Canal Park Brewery is highlighting sustainable foods paired with their craft beers.
It's all part of their first-ever Brewer's Dinner.
The restaurant said in the winter a lot of small farms struggle to sell their products. So the goal is to help preserve the local farms.
The brewery says small businesses can pair up with small farms without breaking the bank.
General Manager Pepin Young of Canal Park Brewery told us, "They're hugely important. We're looking to by 2020 to be sourcing 20% of our food by local farms. We signed a commitment to do that."
The event was organized through Facebook and local radio stations. They even opted out of printing tickets to stay green.
