UMD Dance Team Holds Last All-live Music Performance

DULUTH- The UMD dance team held their last innovative, all–live music and dance collaboration today at the performing arts center.
The shows have featured local musicians, but also musicians from around the country and students and faculty alike took place in the performances.
Today was the final dance show, and they said all the shows were packed, even during the bad weather.

Artistic director Rebecca Katz Harwoood said, "the reaction both to the dancing and especially to the fact of the dancing with the live music has been really, really strong. We're hoping to be able to do it again."

Harwood said while this was the last dance performance.
There will still be two more shows coming up.
A play in March and a musical in April.
