Cook Dollar Barn Property up for Sale

COOK - The owners of Cook's Dollar Barn are selling the prime piece of land on Cook's Main Street.
The Dollar Barn burned to the ground June 2013, and the sisters who owned it have decided not to rebuild.
They plan to open a petting zoo on their family farm in June 2014.
They're handing over the lot for the cost of 2014 taxes which adds up to be a little more than $5,500.
The offer is only good until May.
If nobody takes over the land by then, the sisters will forfeit it to St. Louis County.
They hope the open land appeals to a business owner who looks to develop it.
