DULUTH - For the rest of the week, Spirit Mountain is helping people with disabilities learn how to ski.
People from North and South Dakota, Iowa, Michigan, and Minnesota and Wisconsin joined in on the fun to learn the skills they need to tackle the slopes.
Twenty-two adaptive skiers from all ages and abilities are game on.
Jayne Petrich with the Adaptive Ski Program said, "It's just a great experience to be out and to help other people do things that they wouldn't be able to do unless we we're helping them. It's like coming back for Christmas every year."
The program is in it's 11th year and they've watched the same kids come back every year.
