DULUTH - The City of Duluth will soon be adding a new member to the council to fill Patrick Boyle's seat as the second district representative.
He’s been elected as a St. Louis County Commissioner.
Ten candidates will be interviewed by the council Thursday.
On Monday, councilors will narrow it down to the top three, conduct final interviews, and make a vote.
The new councilor will be sworn in Monday night.
All interviews will be in council chambers and are open to the public.
