Charge Reduced Against Woman in Alleged Superior Brutality Case

SUPERIOR - The Superior woman charged with a felony battery to an officer is going to get off easier than she thought.
According to Natasha Lancour's lawyer, the Douglas County D.A. has lowered the charge down to a misdemeanor for resisting and obstructing an officer.
The charge comes with a possible maximum sentence of nine months in jail and a $10,000 fine if there is a conviction.
Lancour will be in Douglas County Court Friday afternoon.
