DULUTH - Duluth has plans in the works for another dog park -- this time in Gary New Duluth.
It's part of the plan to transform the area around the old Gary New Duluth community center and recreation area.
The park is Phase 3 of the project and development depends on fundraising.
Officials say it could be a few years until it opens.
