Downtown Essentia Health Opens New Parking Ramp

DULUTH, Minn. - The next time you go to the doctor at Essentia Health St. Mary's, you'll have a brand new place to park. After months of construction, Monday was opening day of the new parking ramp. It's on the corner of East Second Street and Fourth Avenue East. The new ramp offers 230 parking spaces on four levels giving it easy access to the clinic and skywalk.It's replacing the old and outdated Third Street ramp which will be demolished and rebuilt next year.
