DULUTH - Two young survivors from apparent carbon monoxide poisoning in Rice Lake Township were improving Friday at a Minneapolis hospital. The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office reported both 14-year-old Noah Mechley and his 15-year-old sister, Karley, in stable condition and expected to make a full recovery.Their 39-year-old father, Michael, and 11-year-old sister, Charlene, did not make it out of the family's camper alive Wednesday.Investigators believe a generator caused high levels of carbon monoxide to enter the camper.
