HERMANTOWN, Minn. – Residents in the Hermantown area got together to brainstorm ideas for the proposed Arrowhead Regional Health and Wellness Center Wednesday. It was the community's first public meeting on the project. They talked about potential sites for the center and what facilities people would like to see. "A pool, a gym, but what other kind of recreational activities, what other kind of wellness things we could do to promote wellness in this area?" said John Mulder, Hermantown city administrator. As far as funding goes, the city has received a state grant for $250,000 to start the planning and pre-design of the center.
