Winter Storm Creates A Mess For Drivers

DULUTH - The signs of struggle continued Monday night for drivers in the Twin Ports and especially in Northwest Wisconsin as a winter storm warning remained in effect.Duluth police were working overtime Monday to handle more than 80 crashes.The Minnesota State Patrol reported more than 475 crashes with 45 injuries and one fatality in Nicollet County.Icy roads even forced The Duluth Transit Authority to stop regular routes on Monday until buses are able to make it up and down the hills again.
