Women Rock Against Breast Cancer

DULUTH - Women rocked out at Spirit Mountain to battle against breast cancer. The 10th annual Women Rock event hosted local vendors, more than 100 silent auction items and two stages of entertainment.

All to raise money for St. Luke's cancer research.

"It's just celebrating the strength and the courage that a lot of women go through who get breast cancer,” said Bonnie Nimmo with Women Rock. “It's just trying to make a fun day for them and their friends and family and at the same time raise money for breast cancer awareness."

This year they're hoping to raise up to $30,000 dollars. .
