Fundraiser Helps Local Dogs

DULUTH - Animal lovers packed the Northland Country Club to show their support for cats and dogs. Silent and live auctions along with entertainment was in full force at the Animal Allies Furball Fundraiser.
Proceeds will go to support both medical and dental procedures done at the shelter.
More than 250 people were expected.
"I think people have a passion for animals, animals don't have the voice that we have,” Animal Allies Executive Director Lindsay Snustad said. “It's for a good cause and we're good stewards of our money."
They're hoping to raise 100,000 thousand dollars.
