Duluth OKs 'Orderly Annexation' of 240K Acres of Rice Lake Township

DULUTH - The Duluth City Council unanimously approved to move forward on Monday with annexing 240 acres of Rice Lake Township.
The property borders land owned by The University of Minnesota Duluth.
This deal is considered an orderly agreement between the township and the city of Duluth.
