Council Approves Funding for Wade Stadium

WEST DULUTH - The Duluth City Council has approved $2.3 million in funding for renovations to Wade Stadium.
Phase one of construction is set to start Tuesday which includes new turf, repairs to the crumbling infrastructure and new lighting.
The stadium was built in the 1940's and has suffered flooding and wear and tear with age.
