New Bike Lanes Go Up On College Street

DULUTH - Right next to UMD, bike lane construction is now underway between Kenwood and Junction Avenue.
Re–striping of the roads will take them from four lanes down to two.
Construction will also include parking accommodations on the south side of College Street.
Motorists
may experience delays on College Street, according to officials. Bike use is expected to increase 75 to
100 bikes per day.
