DULUTH - Two men have been charged with second degree attempted murder in connection to a shooting that happened on London Road.
Brandon Tyson, 29, and Robert Neft, 32, were also charged with first degree aggravated robbery.
Authorities said they are responsible for a shooting that happened on Monday night at iLF Smartphone Clinic.
That's where police said the men demanded money, got in a struggle with the business owner, Collin Mackin, and shot him before taking off in a car.
FOX 21 sat down with Mackin at St. Luke's Hospital Thursday.
He said he is familiar with one of the suspects.
"They had come in in passing and I had seen one of them before, Robert Neft. He used to work at Epic Star, the telemarketing place, so some of my mutual acquaintances know him from there. I worked there briefly. I think I might have seen him there," Mackin said.
Mackin was reported to be in good condition at St. Luke's as of Tuesday.
Bail has been set at $150,000 for Tyson and he will be back in court in January.
A court date for Neft has not yet been set.
