Egg Roll Food Truck Gets Ready For Duluth

DULUTH - A Duluth food truck specializing in egg rolls is one step closer to hitting the streets.

Thursday, the Happy Wanderer Food Truck was wrapped, and was starting to actually look like a food truck.

The owners are putting the truck's mascot, "Happy," at center stage.

"There's pine trees, and the river, and bright sunrise,” explained owner Elyse Wachendorf. “Just wanted to keep it very Minnesota, and adventurous and outdoorsy."

Egg rolls are scheduled to start flying out of the truck by the end of August.
