Third NERCC Escapee Caught by Duluth Police

DULUTH - A third inmate who recently escaped from the Northeast Regional Corrections Center has been caught.
Duluth police found Tyler Sandstrom, 22, at a house on the 600 block of North 27th Avenue West around 3:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Police also arrested his girlfriend, a 21-year-old from Duluth, for aiding and abetting escape.
They were both taken to the St. Louis County Jail.
Sandstrom is one of three inmates who recently escaped the facility.
The other two men are currently in police custody.
