VIRGINIA - One of the two escapees from the North East Regional Corrections Center is now facing new charges.
Twenty-four year old Ryan Locke of Lino Lakes is charged with theft of a motor vehicle, fleeing a peace officer and driving after revocation.
Early Saturday morning someone called police to complain about a stolen vehicle at the Virginia Holiday station.
Police spotted the vehicle heading towards Eveleth a short time later and Locke led them on a chase that ended in Hermantown when the vehicle became disabled.
His bail is set at $10,000 and he'll be back in court again next week.
Charges are still pending against the other escapee Anthony Kozar.
