'Craft Meat' Company Brings Brats to Bayfront

DULUTH – Duluthians are all too familiar with the craft brewery scene.
But what about craft meats?
That's what Minneapolis-based company Man Cave Craft Meats calls its product.
They had a tent at the Dierks Bentley concert in Bayfront Park Thursday with specialty brats like bacon, beer and cheese.
Company officials said they only use the best product for their craft meat creations.
"A lot of other different brats are made with lips, butts, and stomach scraps and stuff like that. We don't use any of that. We use a nice quality cut of pork," said Nick Swenson, with Man Cave Craft Meats.
Man Cave officials said their meat is so good, they don't allow condiments.
You can find their product in grocery stores across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and western Wisconsin.
