Burned Down Smokehouse in Knife River Partially Repaired

TWO HARBORS - The doors of a fire damaged North Shore community staple are finally swinging again. More than a month ago part of Russ Kendall's Smokehouse burned to the ground, resulting in at least $500,000 in damages.

Now owners say they're production is partially up and running.

A local business has lent them a smoking facility which allows Russ Kendall’s to put fish back in their market.

Owners also tell FOX 21 they hope to be 100% back in business very soon and the generosity of the community has kept them going.
