FOX 21 News, KQDS-DT

GRAND RAPIDS - The Superintendent of the Nashwauk–Keewatin and Greenway school districts is now facing two charges for a drunken driving incident.
Fifty year old Mark Adams of Grand Rapids is facing misdemeanor charges of fourth degree DWI and DWI operating a motor vehicle.

Police were called to the Holiday South gas station in Grand Rapids by employees on July 3.

They say Adams attempted to urinate in their storage room sink and after confronting him he went on the floor and left.

Police found him at his home where he admitted to drinking earlier at the Nashwauk Fourth of July Festival and driving home.

Police tested him and his blood alcohol level was at .09.

His arraignment is set for July 22nd.
