DULUTH - The Thomas Carnival visited Duluth once again to entertain over the holiday weekend.
Sunday was the last day for the carnival and organizers say it was a record Fourth of July.
In fact, they had the biggest numbers the carnival has ever seen in Duluth and say the weather might have been a great contributing factor.
"The weather's been really good. You had a tough winter here and now we're into July and it's some of the nicest weather that I've seen and I've been coming here since 1976 myself," said John Hanschen, President of Thomas Carnival.
The carnival is headed to Barnesville, MN next.
