Egg Roll Food Truck Calling Duluth Home

DULUTH - A Twin Cities couple is putting their business idea on wheels and parking in Duluth.

The Happy Wanderer Food Truck plans to specialize in egg rolls.

They're still in the early stages of building the truck, but hope to be done in a few weeks.

The goal is to attract the late-night snackers near UMD.

“They're easy, and they're so versatile,” said The Happy Wanderer Food Truck co-owner, Elyse Wachendorf. “You can put anything in an egg roll. You could have a pizza egg roll. You could have a taco eggroll, cheese burger eggroll, and there are not many places that do that."

You can expect to see The Happy Wanderer Food Truck hit the streets of Duluth on July 21.
