SUPERIOR - Superior Meats is bustling with Independence Day business.
July 3 is one of their busiest days of the year.
People from all over the Northland are coming in to stock up on their award winning brats, chicken, steaks and pork chops.
"With beef being so high this year I'm seeing a lot of people shifting to more cost effective or more cost efficient chicken and pork,” Superior Meats Manager Mike Cragin said. “So that's getting bigger this year."
Superior Meats expects to be busy all week with the Fourth of July falling on a Friday this year.
